I'm not going to tell you that you've run out of excuses.

Because honestly… life is genuinely busy.

Work, family, long days… it all adds up.

But that's exactly why I built Get Back on Track in 30.

30 days. 1:1 with me. A simple plan that fits around your real life.

2 spots left. Closing Sunday night.

If you're ready to stop putting it off, drop READY in the comments. 👇

𝗦𝗼𝗺𝗲𝘁𝗵𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗜 𝗵𝗲𝗮𝗿 𝗮 𝗹𝗼𝘁 𝗳𝗿𝗼𝗺 𝗯𝗹𝗼𝗸𝗲𝘀:

"I keep meaning to get back into it… just waiting for things to settle down."

Here's the truth… things don't really settle down.

Work stays busy. The kids don't slow down. The weeks keep flying past.

And before you know it, another few months have gone by and nothing's changed.

That's not a discipline problem. That's a structure problem.

And that's exactly what Get Back on Track in 30 is designed to fix.

30 days of 1:1 coaching with me, built around your schedule, not some ideal version of it.

A few spots are still available before it closes Sunday 16th August.

If you're ready to stop waiting, comment "TRACK" and I'll send you the details.

𝗜'𝗺 𝗹𝗼𝗼𝗸𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗳𝗼𝗿 𝟱 𝗰𝗮𝗿𝗲𝗲𝗿-𝗱𝗿𝗶𝘃𝗲𝗻 𝗺𝗲𝗻 𝗼𝘃𝗲𝗿 𝟯𝟱, who want to lose belly fat and rebuild their strength in the next 30 days… without overhauling their life to do it.

𝗜𝗳 𝘆𝗼𝘂'𝗿𝗲 𝗳𝗿𝘂𝘀𝘁𝗿𝗮𝘁𝗲𝗱 𝗯𝘆:
- The cycle of starting strong then falling off when life gets busy
- Clothes getting tighter while your energy disappears by mid-afternoon
- Feeling older and softer than you should and knowing something needs to change

𝗔𝗻𝗱 𝘆𝗼𝘂'𝗱 𝗹𝗼𝘃𝗲 𝘁𝗼:
- Have a simple routine you can actually stick to… even during a big week at work
- Drop the belly and rebuild some real strength without living in the gym
- Feel like yourself again… capable, consistent and back in control

Then 𝗚𝗲𝘁 𝗕𝗮𝗰𝗸 𝗼𝗻 𝗧𝗿𝗮𝗰𝗸 𝗶𝗻 𝟯𝟬 was built for you.

This isn't for blokes chasing a magic fix.

This is for blokes who are ready to stop waiting for the right time and just get it done.

𝗢𝗻𝗹𝘆 𝟱 𝘀𝗽𝗼𝘁𝘀 𝗮𝘃𝗮𝗶𝗹𝗮𝗯𝗹𝗲.

Closes Sunday 16th August or when all 5 spots are taken, whichever comes first.

𝗛𝗼𝘄 𝗧𝗼 𝗠𝗮𝘀𝘁𝗲𝗿 𝗣𝘂𝘀𝗵-𝗨𝗽𝘀 𝘄𝗶𝘁𝗵𝗼𝘂𝘁 𝗗𝗲𝘀𝘁𝗿𝗼𝘆𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗬𝗼𝘂𝗿 𝗦𝗵𝗼𝘂𝗹𝗱𝗲𝗿𝘀

"I need to bang out 50 push-ups to get a good workout"
"Push-ups are just for beginners"
"If my shoulders hurt, I just need to push through it"

Phrases you'll hear from blokes who've never learned proper push-up technique.

It's the progress killer when you prioritise ego over ex*****on.

Luckily, it's simple to fix.

How do you become a guy who can knock out perfect push-ups that actually build strength?

Well, you master the basics before chasing big numbers.

Here's the truth… your body responds to tension and control, not speed and sloppiness.

We start by nailing the perfect plank position.

Then we focus on the slow, controlled descent (that's where the magic happens).

Which allows you to build real pushing strength through the full range of motion.

Add proper breathing and you've got a movement that'll strengthen your entire upper body.

When you think quality over quantity, very soon you'll feel stronger, move better, and actually enjoy doing push-ups. 💪

30/06/2026

Your push-ups aren't making you stronger...

They're just making you better at doing bad push-ups.

Harsh? Maybe.

But after recently completing a push-up challenge for men's mental health and coaching hundreds of blokes over the years, it's the truth most men over 35 need to hear.

When it comes to push-ups, most busy blokes are making these mistakes without even realising it...

❌ Dropping their hips and doing "banana" push-ups
❌ Only going halfway down (ego reps don't count, mate)
❌ Cranking out sloppy reps instead of focusing on form

It's a problem because poor form isn't just ineffective, it's setting you up for shoulder pain and wrist issues down the track.

You think you're getting stronger, but really you're just reinforcing bad movement patterns.

The consequence? Wasted time, nagging injuries, and zero real strength gains from one of the most effective exercises ever created.

The push-up challenge reminded me just how powerful this movement is when it's executed properly.

It also reminded me how many good blokes are leaving serious results on the table simply because nobody ever showed them the right technique.

That's what I want to fix.

Quality over quantity. Every. Single. Time.

Comment "FORM" below and I'll share exactly how to transform your push-ups from sloppy to strong. 💪

𝗗𝗮𝘆 𝟵. 𝟭𝟲𝟬 𝗽𝘂𝘀𝗵-𝘂𝗽𝘀 𝘁𝗼𝗱𝗮𝘆. 𝗘𝘃𝗲𝗿𝘆 𝘀𝗶𝗻𝗴𝗹𝗲 𝗿𝗲𝗽 𝘀𝘁𝗶𝗹𝗹 𝗺𝗮𝘁𝘁𝗲𝗿𝘀.

A week into the Push Up Challenge this month and my shoulders are definitely feeling it.

But here's what's keeping me going: Each push-up represents a man we lost to su***de in Australia last year. 3,307 blokes who felt like they had nowhere to turn.

As a fitness coach, I see it all the time. Successful men, busy fathers, career-focused guys who look like they have it all together... but they're quietly struggling.

The thing about us blokes? We're great at fixing everyone else's problems, but terrible at asking for help with our own.

We push through. We "get on with it." We tell ourselves we should be stronger.

But here's what I've learned over years of coaching and doing this challenge: Strength isn't about suffering in silence. Real strength is admitting when you're not okay.

That's exactly why I launched my Free Men's Jump Start program this week… to give blokes a place to start feeling better and more confident, without the overwhelm.

So while I'm cranking out another 160 today (and feeling every single one), I'm not just building muscle. I'm building conversations and creating real support for men who need it.

Still got 15 days to go, and I'm not stopping. 💪

𝗢𝗻𝗹𝘆 𝟭 𝘀𝗽𝗼𝘁 𝗹𝗲𝗳𝘁 𝗶𝗻 𝗝𝘂𝗺𝗽 𝗦𝘁𝗮𝗿𝘁 𝗣𝗿𝗼𝗴𝗿𝗮𝗺 #𝟮.
Now, I know what you're thinking… "Classic sales pressure, Dazza."

𝗕𝘂𝘁 𝗵𝗲𝗿𝗲'𝘀 𝘄𝗵𝘆 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝘀𝗽𝗼𝘁𝘀 𝗮𝗿𝗲 𝗴𝗲𝗻𝘂𝗶𝗻𝗲𝗹𝘆 𝗹𝗶𝗺𝗶𝘁𝗲𝗱:

I personally coach every bloke in this program.

The one-on-one sessions. The weekly check-ins. The adjustments when work or stress gets in the way.

You can't do that properly with 20 or 30 people.

So when I say 1 spot… that's not a marketing trick. That's just the reality.

And I want to be straight with you about something.

If you don't take action this weekend, how will you feel?

You'll wake up Monday and that familiar frustration returns.

The same nagging feeling that you're not looking after yourself.

The same disappointment when you catch yourself in the mirror.

The same drained feeling by mid-afternoon.

The same sense that you're letting yourself down.

𝗛𝗲𝗿𝗲'𝘀 𝘄𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝗜 𝘀𝗲𝗲 𝗵𝗮𝗽𝗽𝗲𝗻 𝘁𝗼 𝗯𝗹𝗼𝗸𝗲𝘀 𝘄𝗵𝗼 𝗸𝗲𝗲𝗽 𝗽𝘂𝘁𝘁𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝘁𝗵𝗶𝘀 𝗼𝗳𝗳:

June becomes September.

September becomes "after this busy period at work."

"After this busy period" becomes "maybe next year."

Meanwhile, that feeling of being disappointed in yourself gets stronger:
→ Less energy, more frustration
→ Less confidence, more self-doubt
→ Less pride, more resignation
→ Less hope, more acceptance that "this is just how it is now"

I'm not trying to guilt you, mate.

I'm just being honest about what I've seen over the past decade.

The blokes from the March Jump Start group?

They weren't feeling great about themselves when they started.

Nick felt uncertain about his fitness journey.

Adam felt like he needed proper guidance.

But they decided those feelings weren't worth carrying for another few months.

14 days later? They felt proud, confident, and genuinely excited about their progress.

The ones who said "I'll start when I feel more motivated" are still waiting to feel motivated.

𝗬𝗼𝘂'𝘃𝗲 𝗴𝗼𝘁 𝗹𝗲𝘀𝘀 𝘁𝗵𝗮𝗻 𝟰𝟴 𝗵𝗼𝘂𝗿𝘀 𝘁𝗼 𝗱𝗲𝗰𝗶𝗱𝗲:

Keep feeling frustrated with yourself.

Or commit to 14 days and actually feel good again.

Comment 𝗥𝗘𝗔𝗗𝗬 if you're done feeling this way.

Doors close Sunday 11:59pm.

𝗝𝘂𝗺𝗽 𝗦𝘁𝗮𝗿𝘁 𝗣𝗿𝗼𝗴𝗿𝗮𝗺 #𝟮 𝗶𝘀 𝗼𝗳𝗳𝗶𝗰𝗶𝗮𝗹𝗹𝘆 𝗼𝗽𝗲𝗻, for career-focused men over 35 in Greenbank…

who want a simple, realistic way to lose belly fat, feel stronger and more energised over the next 14 days… without living in the gym or giving up their favourite foods.

Picture how you'll feel in just 14 days.

You walk into work standing a bit taller.

You're not dragging through the afternoon because you feel more energised.

When you look in the mirror, you feel proud instead of frustrated.

Most importantly… you feel good about yourself for the first time in months.

This isn't about dramatic transformations…

𝗕𝘂𝘁 𝟭𝟰 𝗱𝗮𝘆𝘀 𝗜𝗦 𝗲𝗻𝗼𝘂𝗴𝗵 𝘁𝗶𝗺𝗲 𝘁𝗼:

→ Feel confident in the gym
→ Build real momentum
→ Create habits that stick
→ Feel proud of yourself again

𝗛𝗲𝗿𝗲'𝘀 𝘄𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝘆𝗼𝘂 𝗴𝗲𝘁:

✓ 3 free one-on-one sessions with me
✓ 14 days of personal coaching with weekly check-ins
✓ Customised program that challenges without overwhelming
✓ Simple guidance that fits your real life

No more feeling lost at the gym.

No more starting and stopping every few weeks.

Just 14 days of proper guidance to help you feel like yourself again.

I’m only opening 4 spots this round and we start next 𝗠𝗼𝗻𝗱𝗮𝘆 𝗝𝘂𝗻𝗲 𝟴𝘁𝗵.

Comment 𝗥𝗘𝗔𝗗𝗬 to secure one of the spots and I'll send you the details.

There's something you just can't get in a packed gym.

That feeling when you walk out knowing you nailed it.

Not because you pushed through some random workout.

But because someone was right there, making sure every movement was spot on.

Making sure you were challenged but not wrecked.

Actually listening when you said "my shoulder's been playing up."

That's the difference with one-on-one coaching.

When we start, I'm not throwing you in the deep end.

First session... we figure out where you're at.

No judgment, just honest assessment.

You leave knowing exactly what we're working with.

Second session... we dial in your technique.

Suddenly movements that felt awkward start clicking.

Third session... everything comes together.

You're ready to tackle the full program and beyond with confidence.

𝗡𝗶𝗰𝗸 𝗳𝗿𝗼𝗺 𝗠𝗮𝗿𝗰𝗵 𝗽𝘂𝘁 𝗶𝘁 𝗽𝗲𝗿𝗳𝗲𝗰𝘁𝗹𝘆:
"He worked all different muscle groups and every class I walked away with the right amount of pain and recovered quickly."

The right amount of pain.

Not hobbling to your car.

Not dreading tomorrow.

Just that good tired feeling where your body knows it did work.

Look, I get it... group fitness works for some people.

But when you've been out of the game for a while?

When you're not sure what you're doing?

When you want someone who actually gives a damn about your progress?

Personal attention changes everything.

And you're still part of the group, just with proper guidance.

Want that feeling for yourself? Spots opening tomorrow!

So I've been thinking about what made the March Jump Start Program work so well.

And what I can do better for June.

𝗧𝗵𝗲 𝗳𝗲𝗲𝗱𝗯𝗮𝗰𝗸 𝗳𝗿𝗼𝗺 𝘁𝗵𝗼𝘀𝗲 𝟴 𝗯𝗹𝗼𝗸𝗲𝘀 𝘄𝗮𝘀 𝗽𝗿𝗲𝘁𝘁𝘆 𝗰𝗹𝗲𝗮𝗿:

They loved having someone actually listen to where they were at.

No judgment about being out of shape or having dodgy knees.

Just proper guidance that made sense for their situation.

They walked out of sessions feeling good about themselves… not like they'd been put through a meat grinder.

And having me check in during the week?

Game changer.

No more wondering if they were on track or quietly giving up.

For June, I'm tweaking a few things:

More flexibility for shift workers and unpredictable schedules

Better ways to work around old injuries (because we all have them).

And honestly... more focus on the mental side.

Because getting stronger physically is one thing.

But feeling confident again? That's everything.

𝗡𝗶𝗰𝗸 𝗳𝗿𝗼𝗺 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗠𝗮𝗿𝗰𝗵 𝗴𝗿𝗼𝘂𝗽 𝘀𝗮𝗶𝗱 𝗶𝘁 𝗯𝗲𝘀𝘁:
"Each week I look forward to my session."

That's what I want for every bloke.

Not dreading it.

Actually looking forward to it.

Same one-on-one attention.

Same 𝟯 𝗙𝗥𝗘𝗘 sessions to build confidence.

Just better based on what I learned.

June spots are opening soon.
