ANZAC DAY.
Thank you to all that have served or are currently serving.
Unfortunately there have been some recent events that has attempted to dim the lights of the brave few that have protected our country and done what our governments have told them.
Before you judge, think when was I asked to kill another person, when did I have some one try to kill me, when was I sent away to a different country where most locals don’t want you there, and where the bad guys hide amongst the innocent.
I am and always will be proud of those who served.

Tabata Assault bike: 8x 20 sec on 10 sec off.
Rest 2-3
Kettlebell Swings 30 sec on 30 sec rest x 5 rounds (aim for 20 swings)
All done under 15 minutes.

Adversity will find you.
Will you be ready or will it beat you?
This week I found a c***k in my armour.
I found that my breathing when I’m red lining it is ineffective.
I could find all the excuses, I’m 54 years old, I haven’t really grappled for years, I was up against a very good black belt.
What I prefer to do is understand I have an area of weakness which needs to be addressed. Then meet it head on.
What is your weakness? Will you find an excuse or will you find a solution to fix the problem?

Rather than moving away from discomfort, we should move towards it and watch how we grow.
