Our club is focused on 0.22cal prone and benchrest rifle here at the Hylands Road Rifle Range. We shoot 50m and 20m from a fixed firing point with standard velocity ammunition. Amongst our prone and benchrest competition shooting within our club we also promote travelling to other ranges to compete in prize shoots within the greater Sydney Basin as well as to other locations in NSW. Congratulations to Glen McMurtrie and Natalie Smith who not only made the finals of the new R10 - Mixed Team 10m Air Rifle SH1 event, but also went on to win bronze medals for Australia! The event will also be at the World Championships in Sydney later this year. Read their quotes below.

"My experience at WCH Changwon was a very enjoyable one. I had the most fun shooting I think I have at any competition I have done. It was challenging in the most enjoyable way. I achieved major shooting career goals. Getting into the final for 3p and achieving the result I did in the qualification was one of the best days of shooting I have ever had.
