A huge congratulations to Luke on an incredible weekend! 🏆 He competed in the IFBB Pro League NSW show, placing in the Top 5 for both of his classes.

Luke is now taking on personal training clients right here at LiveFit Griffith! 🏋️‍♂️

While he obviously knows his way around a bodybuilding stage, Luke's coaching covers all aspects of fitness.

Wishing all the Dad’s a very Happy Father’s Day 🫶🏼

We so appreciate all you do. The sacrifices made and long work hours all to provide the best life for us. We know it’s not easy, we know we can be difficult, yet you are always there for us, loving us unconditionally. Thank-you! ✨

We also want to give a big shout out to all those Dads who still make time to come to the gym, even on those early mornings when they are surviving on very little sleep, or after a tough day at work. We see you and we salute you!! 🙌🏼❤️

Appreciation Post ✨👏🏼❤️

Griffith attracts many people from all around the world due to the many great work opportunities here.

One such backpacker named Yati (on the left in pic) who is from Taiwan, came to Griffith to extend her work visa. What was supposed to be a short visit turned into a year and a half because she fell in love with our special town.

And, that was not all she fell in love with! Around the same time, Yati joined LiveFit and took her first ever Reformer Pilates class with Lena. She has since become a regular and is now addicted!

Thankyou Yati for joining LiveFit and for so consistently attending Lena’s classes while you’ve been here! We hope you stay for even longer, but if not all the best to you in whatever comes next

Let us introduce you to David Hammond. David trains with our PT Lena, not once, but twice a week and guess what… today he celebrates his 90th Birthday🎉✨🍾🥂 How insane is that!! Not only because David looks absolutely incredible at 90, but also because he is still so dedicated and a huge inspiration to us all!!!

This is a true testament that movement is medicine!!!

From all of us at LiveFit, we want to wish David the HAPPIEST OF BIRTHDAYS and thank-you for being such a great example that age is JUST A NUMBER 🙌🏼😁👏🏼💦
