A little proud Mum post… because this kid continues to amaze us. 💙

At just 14 years old, Braxton has reached a new personal best GA handicap of 0.7.

AHHHHMAZING!! Well… we think so anyway. 😂🥰

There’s been a lot of golf, a lot of practice and plenty of ups and downs along the way, but he never gives up and just keeps quietly chipping away at it.

Of course, he’s already got his sights set on the next goal…

Last night, Braxton had the honour of delivering the Acknowledgement of Country at the Southern Sports Academy Annual Awards Night.

As a proud recipient of a Southern Sports Academy UAA Indigenous Scholarship, Braxton is incredibly grateful to be part of an organisation that nurtures, embraces and celebrates Aboriginal culture.

It was a special moment for Braxton to acknowledge Country in Wiradjuri language, sharing an important part of his culture with those in attendance.

We are thankful to the Southern Sports Academy for the opportunities they provide young athletes and for creating an environment where culture, community and sport come together so meaningfully.

A very proud moment.
