Ramadan is here & absolutely no excuses to stop training esp your children. Teach them the resilience that this new gen is lacking by preparing them for the real world even while fasting. Once they grow to be adults they’ll still need to work,play, be parents etc while fasting & need to have the grass roots instilled now.

All sessions are maintenance based & not cardio with a lot of fun involved

For all students on SFG waiting list today is REGISTRATION DAY only no classes. All students must come in and register even previous existing students to update emergency details, make payments and lock in your spot.

We’ll be leaving to Thailand next Monday to finish off camp then off to Auckland to compete the week after.

For everyone waiting to start our new term today is the day. NO CLASSES on Monday Rego only.

No student will be allowed to resume classes even if they’re an existing student unless a new insurance waiver is signed and all details updated.

Tiny terrors (ages 3-6yrs)
Tue & thu 4.40pm

Girls only boxing (ages 5-16yrs)
Tue and fri 5.15pm

Kids class (ages 6-11yrs)
Mon, wed & thu 5.20pm

Teens class mon,wed &thu 6pm

Pls read the timetable carefully as some class times & days have changed. If you or your children are sick pls DONT come at all. PAYMENTS MUST be made prior to starting.
