Hi Team, we are super pumped for our first session that will begin tomorrow morning at 8:15am. Even if it’s raining, still send your child so that we can talk through what the runners program will look like for 2026. Fingers crossed for no rain in the morning so we can get out there and have a run. Looking forward to seeing you all and welcoming some new members to our crew! 🏃🏼‍♀️🏃🏾‍♂️🏃

Hi Runners,
Just a quick update to keep everyone in the loop. Yesterday was our final Gymea Bay Runners session for 2025.

We would like to thank all the kids for the enthusiasm, speed, and fun they brought to each session. It was another fantastic year of running, where we saw so much progress in endurance, speed, confidence, and even social skills as the kids connected with each other each week.

Thank you to all families for your support and participation in the program. Your commitment helped make this another successful year.

We hope to see you all back again next year!

🏃‍♂️🌊 Beachside Dash – Team Gymea Bay! 🌊🏃‍♀️

We’re so excited to see our runners take on the Brighton Beachside Dash tomorrow at Depena Reserve, Dolls Point. Our school team will be meeting at 9:20am between the toilet block and the undercover eating area so we can warm up, pin on race bibs, and be ready for the 10:10am start. Look out for Miss Burgess and Mrs Blyth in their Gymea Bay staff shirts. Go Team Gymea Bay!

Hi Runners, unfortunately we will have to cancel runners for tomorrow morning due to the predicted wet weather. Hopefully the sun comes out soon so we can get back to our usual running activities. Fingers crossed we can be back on next week 🤞🏻

Hi Team, due to expect rain forecast for tomorrow we’ve made the decisions to cancel runners for tomorrow morning. Hopefully the sun will be shining for us next term! Also we hope to see as many of you as possible at the Sutherland 2 Surf. Come and join GBPS in the ‘For Lola’ team. It will be a fun morning running or walking for a great cause. Stay dry tomorrow!
