Hey team! ππΌ
I thought it was about time I introduced myself and put a face to the name β Iβm Jake, owner of Athlete Unbound!
Behind the sessions, programs and early mornings β Iβm first and foremost a husband and a dad. Iβm also a secondary teacher and a qualified strength & conditioning coach whoβs passionate about helping young athletes grow in confidence, resilience and performance.
Outside of the gym and field, youβll usually find me watching or playing sport, camping with the family, or out in the yard mowing and working on the garden.
As a parent myself, I understand how important it is to have someone you trust guiding your kids β not just as athletes, but as people.

WHAT IS THE YOUTH ATHLETE PROGRAM?
The Youth Athlete Program offers a structured training approach aimed at helping youth athletes develop strong and stable foundations, increase confidence through movement and build resilience.
WHAT YOUR CHILD WILL LEARN:
* Movement Fundamentals
* Strength and Stability
* Speed and Power
* Injury Prevention and Mobility
SESSION: 3x weekly sessions - Tuesday, Wednesday & Friday 7:00-8:00am (with the possibly of additional AM & PM time slots)
COMMITMENT: Runs in unison with the school terms. You can join anytime during the term.
INVESTMENT: $60 per week

Hey guys, welcome to Athlete Unbound. A high-performance strength and conditioning centre targeted at youth athletes aged between 8-18.
My vision is for athletes who want more than just a gym - a place where athletes of all levels can grow, develop physical qualities and build habits to compete at any level.
I have a desire to provide the Gympie Region with a high-performance training environment where youth athletes can access quality coaching to develop and reach their full potential across all sports.
I am excited to start this journey and see the impact that Athlete Unbound will make.
