NAK SUU JAI - Muay Thai Fitness

The time has come to begin the process of building a community of people striving to be better. NAKSUUJAI will open Mon-Thurs from April 15th for 2 weeks until the 25th. Then will have to close and reopen Full- Time May 13th Mon as I will be competing in the DCG backyard ultra over that period, where I’m aiming to break new limits within myself. For now the classes will only be Mon-Thurs until we build up bigger and I also finish off pieces. The classes will be as follows: kids 5-12yrs- 4-5pm, Adults 12yrs+ 5.30-6.45pm. The prices will be $20 for single sessions, $50 weekly for all classes or $150 monthly. This is a gym for people that are not just interested in martial arts we also will focus on all aspects of fitness and building a strong body and mind. From May 13th when I return a strong focus will be building the kids class up as I believe it’s essential our kids today learn to become strong, respectful, confident individuals who learn to find their ways through the challenges of life. As for us adults we need the same but we also have a life time of bad habits we have created for ourselves, we all have a different story but the only person who can make the changes needed is you. So whatever your goals are weather you want to be a World Champion,lose weight,learn self defence, become stronger, the list goes on but together there are no limits 👊👊🙏 team @wildearthaustralia
