It's always great when we have players doing great things with our Association, but it's equally as good when they are kicking goals for another one.
Last night was the Suncoast Premier League grand finals and Aerin (representing Sunshine Coast Netball) was part of the team that took out the U18 title, and Florence (representing Caloundra District Netball Association) was part of the team that took out the Opens title.
Well done to both young ladies - great job.
We also got to catch up with former Gympie player Leisl who was a part of the UniSC team.

URGENT – HELPERS NEEDED! -GYMPIE SWAP MEET – SATURDAY 12 SEPTEMBER
Dear Members, we need your help! 🙏

The Gympie Swap Meet is one of our biggest fundraising opportunities of the year, and the money raised goes directly back into supporting our association, players and programs.

To make the day a success, we need plenty of helping hands. Even if you can only spare a couple of hours, your help will make a huge difference.

And we promise – volunteering isn’t all hard work! 😊 The Swap Meet is always a fun and social day, and it’s a great opportunity to meet other members of our netball community while helping raise valuable funds for the association.

We’re looking for passionate, dedicated, and knowledgeable coaches to lead our representative teams:
⭐ Seniors: U16, U15 & U15+ Boys
⭐Juniors: U14, U13, U12 & 12-14 Boys

If you’re ready to inspire athletes, develop talent, and be part of a positive representative program, we’d love to hear from you!

✔️ Attendance at player selection trials
✔️ Weekly representative training

What a night of netball!
Last night’s semi-finals certainly did not disappoint, with some fantastic, closely contested games and some real quality netball on display.
A huge well done to every player who took the court. It is always sad to see teams finish their season at this stage, but you should all be incredibly proud of the fight, determination and sportsmanship you showed.
And now… we’re heading to the GRAND FINALS!

Development Coach Practical Workshop

The Development Coach Accreditation is designed for club, association, regional coaches, teachers, and coaching aiming to further their netball knowledge. This is an introduction to skill progression and fault detection with correction.
