Very proud of our Terra Luta BJJ community today.

Our students, coaches and families came together to support our Cia Paulista Melbourne family following the devastating fire at their academy.

Thanks to everyone’s entry donations and Suzi’s biscuit sales today. We raised an awesome $2,245 to help Coach Carlos, Michelle and their community rebuild and get back on the mats.

A great morning, a great result, and a reminder of what being part of a team is all about.

Following the devastating fire at our CIA Paulista family’s academy in Melbourne, we’re coming together to support Coach Carlos, Michelle and their team as they rebuild and get their community back on the mats.

Our coaching team including at least 5 Black Belts will be on deck throughout the morning… rolling, answering questions and sharing their knowledge across Gi, No-Gi, Wrestling, Boxing and Strength & Conditioning.

Come down, have a roll, learn something and enjoy a relaxed morning with our community while supporting a great cause.

Our thoughts are with our CIA Paulista family in Melbourne following the devastating fire at their academy.

Everyone at Terra Luta BJJ stands beside them and will support them however we can.

Head Coach Carlos is not only my coach and mentor in Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, but also a close friend. Carlos, his wife Michelle, and their entire family have dedicated countless years to giving back to their community and changing the lives of so many people through their academy.

To see something like this happen to such good people is truly heartbreaking.

We’re thinking of the entire CIA Paulista family during this difficult time. Stay strong, we’re with you every step of the way.
