Ride On Mary...Kayak & Bike Bush Adventures proudly partnering with Gympie & District Landcare

Free Guided Kayak Friday 8th July, 9am – 2pm to the first 12 lucky respondents!

To all who follow this page, you may remember that last year the club ran a series of workshops for the public funded by the Queensland Government. Well, they're on again!!
Junior fishers - Get your nominations in early!!
Great training and some good gear for those who attend🤩. As mentioned in the flyer, there are a very limited number of positions for each date.

For all of those Senior fishers out there, don't dismay, we will be running a workshop for you later this year. Again, courtesy of the Department of Agriculture & Fisheries and sponsored by The Chandlery Bait and Tackle, Tin Can Bay. You'll also get some excellent instruction and some great gear🤙.

We are excited to embark on our 1st block of CrossFit Gymnastics WorkShops. Commencing this Friday & running for 8 weeks; this comprehensive block will cover all of the CrossFit specific Gymnastics skills. Covering a full spectrum from the basic gymnastics core principles and staples; such as toes to bar & pull ups. All the way upto the more advanced CrossFit movements; the Muscle up & handstand walk.
Our coaches have a arsenal of drills and progressions suitable for the very beginner & to satisfy our more experienced athletes.

As head coach Matty G says “This is play time !!” and it promises to be a tonne of fun✌🏻

The rocks and sticks are now passable at low tide. Please remember not to drive the beach two hours either side of high tide. Respect what you came to enjoy.
