TERM 3 CROSSFIT KIDS IS BACK 💙
We’re so excited to welcome our CrossFit Kids crew back for another term of fun, movement and confidence-building!
Our kids classes are all about creating a positive space where children can move their bodies, build strength, learn new skills, make friends and be part of a supportive community.
From strength, weights, cardio and gymnastics through to teamwork, coordination and confidence. CrossFit Kids is where fun meets fitness 🙌

SUMO DEADLIFT DAY
Today, the goal was to lift more weight than last week and to make every rep look the same from start to finish.
✅ Tight lats
✅ Strong brace
✅ Bar stays close
✅ Drive through the floor by pushing through the hips and glutes.
As the weight goes up, the standards stay the same.
Remember: the strongest lifters aren’t the ones who can grind through ugly reps… they’re the ones who can maintain quality under pressure.

What a fun morning for Calories Against Childhood Cancer
A huge congratulations to all teams for bringing their A-game this morning. The winning team was Only Lineys at 1383 (Mon, Matt, Aiden and Brandon) Well done team!! Potassium Posse team took our best dressed with their big banana costumes 🍌😂(Suze, Tom, Cam) we had lots of laughs, some friendly competition, and bubbles that kept the kids entertained!
Most importantly, together we raised much needed funds for the Childhood Cancer Institute in honour of Aria Zimmerman 🩷🩷🩷🩷🩷
Thank you to everyone who came along, donated, cheered each other on, and helped create such an amazing community event!

Our Move Mates Program for Term 2 is almost completed ! 🏋🏻♂️
What a fantastic term it has been working with the students from Cooloola Christian College, Jones Hill State School, and Gympie West State School.
Each week, during one lunch break, the kids have joined us for an action-packed session filled with movement, games and plenty of fun. Through the Move Mates Program, we help children develop important physical skills while creating an environment where everyone feels included and encouraged.
Together we’ve been building:
💪 Strength
🤸 Balance and coordination
🏃 Cardiovascular fitness
🤝 Teamwork and communication
⭐ Confidence through movement
The smiles, laughter, and enthusiasm we’ve seen each week remind us exactly why this program is so important.
We can’t wait to do it all again in Term 3! Keep an eye out through your school for details on when Move Mates will be returning.

Massive congratulations to everyone who tackled the Fittest 4 Competition at Mountain Creek and to our incredible ladies who took on CrossFit Contessa’s Her Hybrid Series! 🔥
The effort, determination, and grit on display were outstanding. Even better was seeing such great movement, technique, and composure under pressure.
We love seeing members step outside their comfort zones, represent their gyms with pride, and celebrate each other’s successes.
Well done everyone, we’re proud of you all! 👏💙
