These pictures showcase the board building process I use.
I like to send screenshots of my design to the client for approval before cutting on our CNC machine, and follow up with progress shots to keep you in the loop.

Cutting lines removed and final tweaks by hand. Mark out and route fin box holes. Mark up channels following the toe-in on the boxes.

After the board was sanded I put a finish coat of resin on the bottom

The deck received a fine pin line to really finish it off then the final coat of resin was applied

This little 5'7 fish has a nice single concave from the centre through the fins and out the tail.

Glassed to last with 6oz bottom and 6oz deck with a 6oz 3/4 patch.
Setup to ride as a single fin, twin fin, thruster or single with side bites this board has options! Shaped using Burfords blanks.
