Today the lovely Kally brought in her swimming certificates from when she swam here at Arnolds in the 90’s. We loved seeing these so much 🥰 thank you Kally.

Our Charlie apart of the 4X200m freestyle relay bring home 🥈💛💚 well done boys 🙌🤩

And that makes it 19 medals so far for the Dolphins in California! 🔥🐬

Max Giuliani, Kai Taylor, Charlie Hawke and Sam Short teamed up for a brilliant silver-medal swim in the men's 4x200m freestyle, finishing in 7:01.10. 🥈

The USA took gold in a Championships record 6:59.37, with Japan third in 7:02.74.
