Hamilton Family Practice is excited to inform you all that we are extending our operating hours! 💚

From 1 September 2026, we will be open until 6:00pm every Monday and Wednesday, giving our patients greater flexibility and more opportunities to access GP care. Appointments will be available during these extended hours.
