Ben is on point, number one rule for muscle growth and stimulation is TENSION!!!! If you can’t create and keep tension in a muscle during a set you’re massively limiting your potential results.

HI Chris

Just wanted to say a huge “THANK YOU” for all of your help and support in my weight loss journey, from 155kg down to 90kg.(65kg loss)

I could not have done it alone, but thanks to your eating plan, patience, encouragement and goal setting targets, I finally made it !!!!!!!!!!

If you had of told me at the start, that I could have achieved this in just 42 weeks, I would never have believed you, yet here I am !!!!!

It has changed my whole life !!

I feel 20 years younger, much healthier, and most importantly, I know that I will be around for longer to care for my children and grandchildren.

I just wish I had met you years ago, not when I was 63.

If you ever need a recommendation or someone does not believe they can achieve their goals, please let me know and I will be happy to help, after all, I am living proof that you can change if you really want to.

Once again, thank you Chris !!

Kind Regards
Barry Anderson

Struggling to build your chest?
⠀
These Incline Chest Tips will help.
⠀
✅Set up the bench at an angle where you feel the upper chest the most, (usually 45* but could be slightly lower)
⠀
✅Wrists should stay over elbows at all times
⠀
✅Lower under control to around 90* or slightly lower to feel a stretch
⠀
✅Keep the chest manually flexes the whole set to make sure it does the work.
⠀
✅Pause at the bottom of the movement so that you’re not using momentum to move weight and get the most out of your chest.
⠀
💥Remember it’s quality of movement that counts more than just moving weight.
