As the year comes to a close, I would like to take a moment to wish you and your loved ones a happy, healthy and fulfilling 2025.

I am now officially a "CERTIFIED MENOPAUSE WEIGHT LOSS COACH"
Its taken me a lot longer than I anticipated due to some health issues I've had this year ( I'll save that for another post) BUT I finally did it!
I'm so happy to be able to add this certification to my coaching as its an area that I'm passionate about and I cant wait to be able to pass on my knowledge to women and help to make their transition through menopause a happy and healthy one.
