You might not want to hear this but Iām gonna say it anyway.ā£
ā£
1ļøā£ Itās got way less to do with your age and almost everything to do with your approach.ā£
ā£
2ļøā£ Youāre still clinging to how you trained in your 20s before kids, the mortgage, and work pressures were real.ā£
ā£
That 6-days-a-week gym routine? Not so easy to stick to now, is it?ā£
ā£
3ļøā£ Your egoās getting in the way.ā£
ā£
You say:ā£
ā£
āIām the most out of shape Iāve ever beenā¦āā£
ā£
But when someone offers help?ā£
ā£
āNah, Iām alright. I just need more discipline.āā£
ā£
Sounds like a bloke whoās gonna stay stuck a lot longer.ā£
ā£
4ļøā£ You say you know what you should be doingā¦ā£
ā£
But youāre not doing it.ā£
ā£
Mate⦠if you really knew, you wouldnāt still be out of shape.ā£
ā£
5ļøā£ You keep losing the same 5ā10 kilos and piling it back on, because you donāt know how to navigate life when itās busier or more stressful.ā£
ā£
Youāve never learned the skills to adjust without blowing it.ā£
ā£
6ļøā£ Youāre Googling fat burners and gimmicks to lose the gut and the manb***sā¦ā£
ā£
Meanwhile, your physical standards donāt match a bloke whoās actually in shape.ā£
ā£
Park further away.ā£
ā£
Stop hitting snooze.ā£
ā£
Stop eating your kidsā leftovers.ā£
ā£
šI see these 6 things all the time with men in their 40s.ā£
ā£
But Iāve also seen how fast things turn aroundā¦ā£
ā£
When they drop the ego, ask for help and actually apply the advice.ā£
ā£
Ready to sort this out?ā£
ā£
Drop me a DM with the word āResultsā and Iāll be in touch.

Losing weight isnāt a 2-month gigā£
ā£
Especially if you want to keep the kilos off for goodā£
ā£
Adamās been one of my most consistent clients for 2.5 years nowā£
ā£
And his progress speaks for itself.ā£
ā£
He came to me after trying the Man Shake, commercial diets, and short-term fixes.ā£
ā£
He was sick of losing the same 5ā10 kilosā£
ā£
Only to struggle keeping them off when life got busy againā£
ā£
And to be fair, he had the first part downā£
ā£
Like a lot of men I work with, losing the first chunk of weight wasnāt the hard bitā£
ā£
It was keeping it off that felt impossibleā£
ā£
Since we started working together, Adamās lost an incredible 30 kilosā£
ā£
And even though he was a bit reluctant at first, heās been taking progress photos the whole wayā£
ā£
And heās getting leaner month after monthā£
ā£
Heās done this without living in the gymā£
ā£
Heās had weekends away, still includes a few beers most weeksā£
ā£
And weāve never tried to completely overhaul his diet or routineā£
ā£
We just created a plan that fits his lifeā£
ā£
That allows him to enjoy food, be social, and still make progressā£
ā£
Enjoying a beer and social life while consistently losing weight arenāt mutually exclusiveā£
ā£
You just need the right strategy and the consistency to back itā£
ā£
Weāre still working togetherā£
ā£
And weāre still focused on getting even better results over timeā£
ā£
Because thatās what lasting change actually looks likeā£
ā£
Want results like Adam?ā£
ā£
I work with men all over the worldā£
ā£
Itās more affordable than you probably thinkā£
ā£
And I give you the direction, support and accountability youāve been missingā£
ā£
Right now, Iām taking on a few more committed clientsā£
ā£
If youāre ready to go all in on this, send me a DMā£
ā£
Or hit the link in my bioš±

Most men in their 40s wouldnāt skip a car service or miss the Friday footy.
Theyāll drop cash on the SUV, the slab of Great Northern, and a new BBQ.
But their body?
Not a priority⦠until itās forced to be.
Truth š

Grab your protein shake (or beer, Iām not judging) and hear me out...ā£
ā£
Iām not here to make friends. My job is to remove the bu****it thatās keeping you stuck and challenge you to better standards.ā£
ā£
My thoughts might not be what youāve heard from other fitness gurus. But after 20+ years in the fitness industry, coaching men over 40 with kids and stressful jobs, Iām here to show you another way.ā£
ā£
Most men I help have tried to get in shape before. Lost 10, 20, maybe even 30 kilos⦠only to regain it. Theyāve dabbled in restrictive diets, cut out everything they enjoy, and tried to white-knuckle their way through. But no oneās ever shown them how to drop the spare tyre without giving up a beer with their mates.ā£
ā£
Instead, theyāve looked at miserable, hard-to-stick-to diets like shakes off a chemistās shelf or low-carb diets and thought, maybe this time will be different.ā£
ā£
Iām not here to tell you that this is easy. Because itās not. Staying in shape isnāt a quick-fix. Itās a lifelong commitment. Itās not about losing 15 kilos in 8 weeks and calling it a day. This whole āstaying in shapeā caper is for life. And if youāre looking for something quick and easy, Iām not your guy.ā£
ā£
I take the p**s out of fads and trends because most of them are absolute BS. If that offends you, feel free to unfollow. I wonāt be offended.ā£
ā£
If youāre chasing rapid fat loss and ārent-a-bodyā transformations, Iām not your guy.ā£
ā£
But if you want to put in the work and years down the trackā¦ā£
ā£
ā
Have lost the kilos and actually kept them offā£
ā£
ā
Be fit enough to keep up with your kids and enjoy life instead of watching from the sidelinesā£
ā£
ā
Be proud of the bloke you see in the mirror every morningā£
ā£
ā
Have the confidence to take your shirt off, whether itās at the beach or in the bedroomā£
ā£
Then stick around.ā£
ā£
My content isnāt about six-packs, although letās be real, thatās bloody achievable even after 40. Itās about becoming the best version of yourself. The fit dad at school pick-up. The man who walks into a room with confidence. The bloke who doesnāt just āget in shapeā but stays in shape.ā£
ā£
And as youāll see, Iām a bloke in my 40s, navigating this too.ā£
ā£
As always, thanks for following š

If You Grew Up Playing Sport Like I Did, Youāve Probably Felt This Tooā¦ā£
ā£
There comes a time in your mid to late 30s when you know itās just around the corner.ā£
ā£
Hanging up the boots for good. š ā£
ā£
Work becomes the focus.ā£
ā£
Family becomes the focus.ā£
ā£
Now, itās your kids playing sport instead of you.ā£
ā£
But what you didnāt anticipate?ā£
ā£
Five, ten years down the track⦠the kilos creep up šā£
ā£
The gut reaches a stage where itās not appealing at all.ā£
ā£
Things that used to be a piece of p**s now leave you short of breath.ā£
ā£
The training and game days stopped.ā£
ā£
But the p**s and the eating? That didnāt. ā£
ā£
Youāre still drinking like you used to š»ā£
ā£
Youāre still eating like you used to šā£
ā£
But the big difference?ā£
ā£
Your activity levels have tanked.ā£
ā£
Sport gave you structure.ā£
ā£
Sport gave you routine.ā£
ā£
Sport gave you accountability.ā£
ā£
You donāt have your mates ripping into you for missing training on a freezing cold night:ā£
ā£
"Where were ya, ya softcock?"ā£
ā£
No coach is texting you saying youāve been dropped to the 2s for missing sessions.ā£
ā£
No dreaded pre-seasonā£
ā£
No time trialsā£
ā£
No fkn beep testā£
ā£
(And letās be honest.. you hated that s**t, but you got through it.)ā£
ā£
I felt this too.ā£
ā£
So what changed for me?ā£
ā£
Managing my expectations.ā£
ā£
Most blokes in our position get stuck because they try to model gym routines from Menās Healthā£
ā£
Copying guys who do fitness for a living.ā£
ā£
Six days a week?ā£
ā£
Nah mate, that was never gonna happen.ā£
ā£
So I thought backā¦ā£
ā£
Back to what actually worked.ā£
ā£
Footy? Three days a week.ā£
ā£
Cricket? Three days a week.ā£
ā£
Two training sessionsā£
ā£
Game on the weekendā£
ā£
Even with drinkingā£
ā£
Back then, Iād hold off during the week so I could perform on game day.ā£
ā£
Now? I keep it to a few beers while watching the footy or cricket.ā£
ā£
When you set up a routine that fits your life (not someone elseās), it becomes so much easier.ā£
ā£
And if you want help setting yours up, drop me a private message and letās chat.ā£

Iām seeing so many men in Facebook groups looking to TRT as a shortcut to feeling young, strong and lean again. Yes it has its place, but most of your problems with testosterone are getting more sleep, sorting out ya dad bod and pulling your head in with your eating and drinking.ā£
ā£
Hits home but if you're self conscious about man b***s and a beer gut and carrying 15 kilos more than you should.. Thats a lifestyle thing not an excuse to rub some topical gel onto your skin or start jabbing a needle into your rig š
