Jasmine too the right has been with me over a year with awesome weight loss results and through all the discipline has found a new path & career joining the police force! , with only telling me in December hoping to start the test day in August - was thrown into the deep end with only 2 months notice , she took on the new test day scheduled in February (6months less preparation) with hard , strategic , determination & early sessions training up too 2-3x a day has passed her results!! So proud and what an effort to show anything is achievable if you want to do it .. 🎈🎈🎈

Heather to the left had only been with me for one month who was struggling with abit of fitness but predominantly her strength!
