Highly recommend ๐Ÿ’•

๐Ÿด๐ŸŒฟ DO YOU HAVE A YOUNG PERSON WHO LOVES HORSES โ€” BUT NEEDS SOMETHING MORE THAN JUST A HORSE ACTIVITY?

TERM 4 ENROLMENTS ARE NOW OPEN FOR HORSE CARE PATHWAYS!

Our Horse Care Pathways Program is a structured 10-week program designed for young people who thrive through practical, hands-on learning.

Yes, they will learn about horses.

But what they can develop along the way goes far beyond horse care.

Over 10 weeks, participants work alongside our team and horses in a supportive, practical environment, with opportunities to build:

๐Ÿง  Emotional regulation & self-management
๐Ÿค Communication, social skills & teamwork
โญ Confidence, self-belief & independence
๐Ÿงฉ Problem-solving & flexible thinking
๐Ÿ“‹ Planning, sequencing & following multi-step tasks
โณ Patience, persistence & frustration tolerance
๐ŸŽฏ Attention, focus & task completion
๐Ÿด Responsibility, decision-making & safety awareness
๐Ÿ’ช Practical skills, coordination & body awareness
๐ŸŒฑ Social and community participation
๐Ÿ—ฃ๏ธ Self-advocacy & asking for help when needed
๐Ÿ’ผ Work-readiness, routine & transferable life skills

All while learning genuine, practical horse-care skills including horse behaviour, safe handling, grooming, feeding, paddock and stable care, equipment, horse health, welfare and responsible day-to-day care.

๐Ÿด HORSE CARE PATHWAYS โ€“ TERM 4

๐Ÿ“… 10-week program
๐Ÿ“ Yarramundi & Kurrajong
๐Ÿ—“๏ธ Two days each week
๐Ÿ“š Theory & knowledge-based learning
๐Ÿด Practical, hands-on horse care
๐Ÿ‘ฅ Supportive small-group environment

For young people who experience high social anxiety or find larger groups overwhelming, we also have a very small Friday option at Kurrajong, allowing us to provide a quieter, lower-pressure environment.

Horse Care Pathways can be particularly valuable for young people who may struggle in traditional classroom environments but come alive when learning is practical, purposeful and connected to something they genuinely care about.

We work with the individual person in front of us. Their goals might be confidence, emotional regulation, independence, social connection, work readiness, communication or simply learning to successfully participate in something again.

๐Ÿ’™ NDIS participants are welcome where the support is appropriate, aligns with the participantโ€™s individual goals and can be funded from their plan. Private participants and other funding arrangements are also welcome.

๐Ÿ“ฃ TERM 4 ENROLMENTS ARE NOW OPEN โ€” AND PLACES ARE LIMITED.

If you have a young person who loves horses and you think they could benefit from learning in a completely different environment, weโ€™d love to hear from you.

A huge thank you to Lyn Lynch and everyone at Heritage Horse Park Windsor. ๐Ÿดโค๏ธ

I will be forever grateful to Lyn for giving me the opportunity to develop and grow Hawkesbury Horse Riding Lessons at her beautiful property.

It has been an incredible experience and I feel very fortunate to have had the chance to teach in such a welcoming and supportive environment.

With personal and work commitments now taking priority I have made the decision to only teach lessons to outside students on their own horses.

If you would like some lessons on educated Lesson Horses please contact me and I can put you in touch with some local Coaches.

Thank you again Lyn for your generosity and support.

I truly appreciate everything youโ€™ve done for me and my business.
