Celebrating 11 years of 100 Candles Training today!!!

We’ve had an awesome year with our super dedicated PT clients smashing strength and body composition goals including 20+kg weight loss and massive 1RM results.

We’ve had athletes successfully completing triathlon and running events in NSW and the A.C.T. with face to face and online training.

Our gym now boasts treadmill, elliptical, C2 rower, spin bike, assault bike, C2 bike, C2 skierg, squat rack, dumbbells to 25kg and every bar, plate, kettle bell and accessory you could possibly need. Located in Engadine we have the experience and the facilities at very reasonable rates. Your private gym is waiting, and so is “Ruby” our gym dog.

100 Candles Training offers 1 on 1 and small group personal training sessions which are 50 minutes in duration.
The sessions are held in a private PT studio in Engadine and hosted by an experienced trainer.
Session costs are:
1 person - $60
2 people - $80 in total
3 people - $90 in total
4 or more - $25 per person (maximum 6)
