Thank you for taking us to training, cheering us on from the sidelines, coaching, scoring, volunteering and supporting us every step of the way. We appreciate everything you do!

Today can mean different things to different people, so we’re also thinking of and sending love to those who may be missing a dad, have a complicated relationship with their dad, or are celebrating someone special who has played an important role in their lives.

Join us for a fantastic week of fun and support as we play for Beyond Blue to support Australians affected by anxiety, depression, & support su***de prevention. Here's how you can get involved:

💚Giving Our Old Uniforms a New Life 💚🏐🌏

HUNC is incredibly proud to share that our club has recently changed to a new uniform — and rather than letting our old uniforms go to waste, we’ve found a wonderful new purpose for them! 🫶

Our old uniforms have been donated to Play It Forward Vic, a wonderful community service project developed by high school students, that collects preloved and obsolete sports uniforms and sends them to under-resourced communities in Australia and overseas.

We were able to donate:
🏐 150 netball skirts
🏐 150 netball tops
🏐 15 pairs of shorts

That’s 315 pieces of sportswear that will now have the opportunity to be used by approximately five schools in Samoa.

Play It Forward's goal is an incredible one — to help equip all 200 schools in Samoa with sports uniforms and give more young people the opportunity to participate in sport feeling proud, included and part of a team.

We love knowing that uniforms that have been such a big part of our club will now get a second life and help young players on the other side of the world. 🌏🏐

A huge thank you to everyone in our club who donated their uniform and helped collect, sort and pack these uniforms. What may no longer be needed by us can make a real difference to someone else.
