Whether you're a beginner or an experienced goalie, our program covers it all. Goalies of all ages are welcome to join.
π Term 4 will go on sale towards the end of term 3, returning goalies will have first shot at re-enrolling, then the waitlist will be emailed for a chance to grab the remaining spots. Drop in sessions will NOT be available as the learning process is continuous and builds progressively each session π₯

Small group classes incorporate functional strength training, conditioning, injury prevention, agility, balance, and endurance work in a supportive environment.
Whether you are preparing for competition, returning from injury, or looking to improve your overall fitness and confidence, these sessions are tailored to help athletes of all levels progress safely and effectively.
