At the Ducks, we talk a lot about building better players. But just as important is building better people.

Being a good teammate isn’t only about what happens on the ice. It’s noticing when someone seems a bit off. Checking in. Listening. Making sure the people around you know they’re supported.

Sometimes a simple “R U OK?” can make a bigger difference than you realise.

Look after your teammates. Look after your mates. And don’t be afraid to ask for help when you need it.

The 13U remains hotly contested, with a 3-way race between the Ducks, Flyers and Jets for a shot at gold against the Wolves.
