You have an ex*****on problem. Every single client will say,
“Nah this injury is very serious, this can’t be fixed”.

Now I get it, some injuries are chronic but you can treat these problems by figuring out the trigger.
•
With injuries, people search for pain, consciously or subconsciously.
•
Injuries come from under compensating muscle groups. The result of joint, tendon or muscle pain, comes from areas that aren’t firing, putting stress on weaker more exposed areas.
•
Figure out the problem and trigger, work to prevent, not to treat. Be pro-active, not reactive.

If he’s seen at a disadvantage, to then have to use painkillers at their strongest form (highly addictive substance), could you not question that if an athlete was low test, he’s at a disadvantage to others who have regular or high test?

Body weight is a waste of time stressing about it. It’s the last thing I have to check on the list of progression.

Sure use it as a tool of measurement to confirm your result; but that’s it.

You gained a 1 kg this week - was it fat, water or muscle - you wouldn’t know.

Carbs are your friend, let me explain.

You only need a certain amount of protein as a minimum requirement for recovery. Carbs is what pushes the body, carbs is what the muscle is full of, excess protein will only cause issues in digestion.

Male or female, everyone wants to be lean, everyone wants some more muscle in some way shape or form.

I may be late to the party here? Tests don’t actually prove your pregnant technically, they only give the female a high reading of HCG which is the fertility hormone in the body (most simple way to explain).
