After wrapping up Block 1, we asked our members the big question… did you hit a PB?

We collected the data, and the stats don’t lie 👇

This will be a 6-week trial starting Monday, so we can see how it flows, what works best, and make any tweaks if needed.

After 12 weeks of putting in the work, it’s time to see what it’s all been building towards. This week we’re testing your 1RM or 3RM lifts, this is your chance to see real progress and what you’re capable of.

If you’ve been with us from the start, this is your moment to retest those numbers and see the gains you’ve earned. If you’ve joined partway through, this is your chance to set a solid baseline moving forward.

Lock in your classes for tomorrow and next Monday for round two. Let’s get Stronger 💪

Last week of the heavy stuff until Peak Week 💪
Time to lean in and make every set count.

You’ve built the base… now it’s about executing.
Quality reps, solid rest, and bring the intensity where it matters.

What’s ahead 👇
Week 11 → Deload
We’re still training and showing up, but this week is all about pulling things back. Lower loads, cleaner movement, more control. Focus on recovery, mobility, and giving your body the chance to absorb all the work you’ve just put in. This is where the magic happens 🧠

Week 12 → PEAK WEEK 😤
Time to turn it on. We ramp things back up and put your strength to the test. Expect to lift well, move with intent, and chase those numbers you’ve been building towards. This is your chance to see the progress and earn it 💥
