How to chant 🕉️ ? 👉“AUM” is the primordial sound of universe—the vibration from which all existence originates. Chanting it connects us to the creation and the source of life. 👉“AUM” is composed of three syllables—A, U, and M—which are seen as representing the three fundamental aspects of the universe: • A: The waking state (Jagrat) - Represents creation and birth. • U: The dream state (Swapna) - Represents preservation and sustenance. • M: The deep sleep state (Sushupti) - Represents dissolution or destruction. 👉The vibrations created during AUM chanting can calm the nervous system, aiding in mental focus, clarity, and reducing stress. It’s brings a sense of inner peace, aligning the body, mind, and spirit. 👉The sound vibrations of AUM cleanses and activate the body’s energy centers (chakras). Hi all, sorry for the delay in this message but must let you know that my yoga classes are on hold for the time being as I have broken my knee cap and had surgery. I will be back as soon as I am able to drive...yes right knee...I will keep you posted. It will probably be quite a few weeks. Namaste
