Junior and Family classes are now held on Tuesday

🚨🚨 NEW TIMETABLE !!! 🚨🚨

We’re excited to announce that our class timetable will be changing from Monday, 17th August! 🥋

We’ve made a few changes to our class structure to give everyone more opportunities to train, including the introduction of our new Weapons and Mobility classes. The new timetable has been designed to better suit different ages, abilities and training goals, so there’s something for everyone.

make sure you check the updated class times before heading in next week.

With a few away this weekend Its a quiet lesson, so warm up time was canceled because these guys wanted to sort through sensei's old medals for a club project. 🤣
