THE CAD DIFFERENCE 🐺
Success doesn’t happen by accident.
It’s built through consistency, accountability, quality coaching and an environment that challenges athletes to become better — not just better at their sport, but better versions of themselves.
And lately, we’ve had some great examples of the CAD difference showing up where it matters most — in competition.
🏃♀️ Emma — 1st in both the 100m and 400m, with her 100m time being the fastest female performance on the day.
🏉 Utah — absolutely dominated at the Dolphins Academy Games, putting his development on display against quality opposition.
🏉 Kobie — a fantastic display of talent, leadership and sportsmanship representing the QMC Wide Bay Emus. Development isn’t just about what you can do physically — it’s about who you become as an athlete and teammate.
🦁 Adam and Cruz — selected for the Brisbane Lions U18 squad for their game against the Gold Coast Suns. Another huge opportunity to test themselves at the next level.
Different athletes. Different sports. Different stages of development.
But the same underlying principles.
Show up. Do the work. Embrace the uncomfortable. Stay consistent.
At CAD, we aren’t interested in chasing quick fixes or creating athletes who look good in training.
We’re building athletes who can perform when it counts.
The results above belong to the athletes — they’ve earned them.
Our job is to create the environment, process and standards that give them the opportunity to reach their potential.
This is the CAD difference. 🐺
