Our first new sponsor to introduce for the season ahead is Law Essentials.

Lots of work happening in the off season lots of exciting news coming up in the next few weeks.

Cavs will be welcoming some new sponsors to the club for 2026-27 season as well as welcoming back some of our sponsors from previous years.

2026-27 will see Cavs move to a new uniform that has been in development. The kit is looking great looking forward to sharing with you all. We may need a volunteer to model for us.

The club is also working on apparell that will be able to be purchased by Cavs supporters as well as players.

And a new A Grade captain as well who is chomping at the bits for the season to kick off.

New to Hervey Bay or maybe your a former Cavs player wanting to get back into it. Make sure you reach out, it may be winter but we are pumped for when the season rolls around.

We would like to invite all Players and Sponsor's to our presentation night on Saturday May 2nd at Walker Rd cricket grounds from 5pm til 9pm.

A small fee of $20 per head and dinner is provided BYO drinks. Children under 18 and sponsors free of charge.

Early bird discount if you pay by 28th April of $15 per head. Please RSVP so we can ensure the right amount of catering. For payment details it should have been shared in your team chats or reach out to Paul Moss or your team captain and we can help you out.

Our own Trevor Schlein will be coaching the Bay Power this upcoming season. Anyone interested in playing AFL to keep fit for the cricket season or wanting to help out around the club reach out to Trevor.

We’re proud to announce Trevor as our senior coach for the 2026 season. Trevor began his footy journey as a junior at the Kersbrook Football Club in the Hills Football League, going on to play around 350 senior games, win two senior premierships, and earn life membership at both Kersbrook and the Hills Football League. Trevor joined Bay Power in the club’s second year and stepped in as senior coach just five games into that season. Since then, he has coached every grade at the club and was the last Wide Bay Senior Representative Coach, as well as an inaugural Bay Power Life Member. For 2026, Trevor is focused on bringing enjoyment, excitement and consistency to the senior group as they prepare for a big season ahead.
