This kid is such a source of strength for me.
This last two years I’ve seen this kid go through things that would make grown adults crumble.
He has been tested beyond what he should be as an innocent 10 year old.
In 2022 his whole life changed and so rapidly.
A month straight in hospital followed by continuous and regular stays. Daily invasive tests, being pinned down, so sick he could barely open his eyes, unable to communicate other than to cry.
To be diagnosed with two diseases with no cure and now multiple doses of medication every single day.
Yet look at this kid. Look at these photos.
Pure joy.
He is grateful for his NFL jersey and his melting ice cream. He is grateful for his bike and being with his family.
Kids are the most resilient little beings and we can learn so much from their ability to find joy after hardship.
Being around Isaiah automatically helps me feel gratitude.
So I hope sharing this reminds you how resilient you can be and to remind you to find joy in the little things.

This year taught me ⤵️
A LOT. 🌏🧠🚀🧬🧘♀️👑🤍
This was by far my biggest personal growth year, and not because it was all sunshine and roses but because I faced a lot.
Sometimes it’s the years that seem hard that offer us the most value 🧘♀️
Which one of these resonates with you the most? ⤵️

More of this in 2024 🌴🤍🌏🧘♀️
That time we accidentally booked a vegan getaway with a eski full of meat that we couldn’t take on the property 😂
Also the time I was faced with my very real fear of a snake hiding inside a toilet and biting my f***y. 🐍🫠
That aside, we laughed, we talked, we sat in silence, we read, we had showers outside. OH and I had to p**p in that toilet and spray it with something, what a vibe 💩🚽
My very real reminder ending 2023 that I want more experiences, more adventures, more time focused on real connection, fun, laughter and less time being consumed by my phone.

Struggling with negative self talk. Read this 👆
Your inner dialogue comes from your own belief systems.
Your brain then works to confirm those beliefs to be true, bringing it all the evidence to keep you continuing the same patterns and behaviours.
The brain and nervous systems is there to keep you safe not happy. And safety is found in the familiar.
Your beliefs that have been their for YEARS, feel familiar, even though they don’t serve you, they keep you stuck and often cause you to self sabotage.
Your whole life you have been collecting information which forms your very complex belief systems - your neural pathways.
It’s easier for your brain to go to thoughts (neural pathways) that are already there rather then try to create new ones.
So if you believe you aren’t capable, you believe you aren’t smart enough, confident enough, brave enough - your brain will do what it can to confirm this..
Hello negative self talk.
If you want to quieten that inner critic you first have to become aware of what belief systems are playing out in your unconscious mind and learn to challenge them with compassion 🤍

Business is hard.
It requires you to be ok with getting very uncomfortable.
I’m not sure why it’s been demonised to say that.
If it was eAsY everyone would be a wealthy AF coach. Everyone would be succeeding, growing and evolving….
But unfortunately not everyone does succeed, because they expect it to be fun and easy all the time.
If you find business hard, cut yourself some slack. You are learning a whole new skill WHILE learning a whole lot about yourself AND being a safe space for others.
Business gets to be fun, free and easy. In fact, it’s the most expansive, empowering, fulfilling thing you will EVER experience.
However you have to be willing to do the hard things.
💎 You have to be willing to build resilience, emotional intelligence, courage, grit and an eye for business.
💎 You have to be willing to drop your ego.
💎 You have to be willing to HOLD silence in slow periods.
💎 You have to be willing to stand alone in your thoughts and opinions in order to find your people and have impact.
💎 You have to be ok that not every idea is going to take off.
💎 You have to be courageous in the risks you take with no idea of the outcome.
💎 You need to learn to surrender to the unknown and be able to fully go for it anyway.
💎 You need to understand yourself and your mind so deeply to ensure you don’t block your own potential.
It’s a WILD ride. And it’s not for everyone. But if it’s for you, you’ll do what it takes, you’ll hold the hard and enjoy the easy. You’ll feel lit the f*ck up in ways you didn’t know possible 🌪️🧬🧠🫀🥁
