If I could go back to the start of my fitness journey, these are the things I’d do differently.

Not train harder.
Not cut more calories.
Not do more cardio.

Just do things smarter.

Most women aren’t struggling because they’re lazy or unmotivated.

They’re struggling because they’ve been taught the wrong things.

• chasing perfect instead of consistent
• cutting calories too quickly
• fearing lifting weights
• starting over every Monday
• trying to do it all alone

The truth is, progress gets a lot easier when you actually understand what you’re doing.
