In a street fight, or a domestic situation, haymakers are common. 👊 During our self-defense workshop, the Sensei didn't hold back from using force to demonstrate how effective a forearm block could be - of course, only after consistent training 🥋 Matt has studied Traditional Combat Martial Arts for over 20 years. He is passionate about serving his community. He utilized martial arts as a way to stay disciplined and overcome an addiction to he**in. Let's congratulate him on 6 years of sobriety!!
