Today's run was a huge deal ππΌ
This is the fastest 10k I've ever run ππΌββοΈ
The fittest I've ever felt ππΌββοΈ
In the last 10 months I've managed to shed 25kg and become the best version of myself for my husband and my son π
It goes to show anything possible if you stick to the plan ππΌπ€πΌ

It's so common to fall into the trap of just settling with your body after having a baby, but I'm finally feeling like the old me again ππΌ

Almost 20kilomteres of hills, mud and rain β but another goal ticked off my list this year side by side with my favourite girls.
There were moments for all of us where we struggled but we were there for one another to get it done π

Time to drink more water π¦π§π₯€
Now coming into summer it's more important than ever to keep ourselves hydrated, we lose so much of our bodies water content through perspiration so it's crucial we replace it along with salts & minerals.
Just 8/10 glasses a day is all you need to keep our body running efficiently π
