Loved playing around with different textures and elements this week. This Tokyo bowl included watermelon ceviche, garlic mushrooms, marinated capsicum, sticky rice, roasted wakame and lots of other little flavour boms, tied together with a beautiful Japanese dressing.

Probiotic power bowls this week - cumin roasted cauli, apple cider soaked brown rice, marinated beets with beet and fennel sauerkraut, toasted seeds and ginger dressing 🙏🥗💜

Loved the Yoga bowls last week, with that tasty tumeric and kaffir rice tower, lemongrass tempeh, roast pumpkin and sweetys, lemon soaked raisins and a creamy ginger & sesame dressing. Full of vedic tummy goodness and prana. The benefits of eating with intention reach far further than the physical. 🙏💜🥗
