SOAR Football Academy

Hi Guys!
Tomorrow is a really big day for SOAR Football Academy. It will be the last day of Academy sessions for 2022.

It will also be the last time SOAR Football Academy will run Academy sessions ever!

I have made the decision after 9 years of working with some amazing young footballers to move in a different direction. I thank all of the parents who have trusted me with the care and responsibility and honoured me with the opportunity to work with their children. It has been a crazy ride at times but I would not change a thing!

I would like to the opportunity to thank my gorgeous wife Lisa who has supported me with all my crazy plans and my gorgeous girls. My family has allowed me to chase the dream of my Academy and they have spent hours travelling to events, at events or without me as I pursued coaching.

I would like to thank Hervey Bay United Warriors Football Club. They have been there from the start. Whether it was allowing me to have a venue and a patch of grass to work on or welcoming some of my students into training sessions as I tried to increase and work on their football knowledge. To everyone involved in the club thankyou.

Lastly to the players. Thank you for turning up each week. Thank you for your energy and enthusiasm and your smiles that kept me going and helped me remember why I started the Academy in the first place. Thank you for allowing me to Dare to SOAR!

There are so many people I need to thank but I do not want to miss anyone so please understand you have helped SOAR be what it is. You are all part of the SOAR Family and always will be!

I will still be doing some private 1 on 1 sessions now and again, (so I will still around somewhere).

This is not goodbye just see you around.

Hi Guys.
SOAR will be starting back tomorrow. There are some big changes. Unfortunately due to a change in personal circumstances Little Dragons and Goalkeeper sessions will no longer run. I thank all of the parents who have given me to honour of being able to work with their children over the last 9 years. I apologise for any inconvenience this may cause.

SOAR Academy sessions will still be running on a Tuesday afternoon from 5-6pm for this term.

I look forward to seeing players at the Academy sessions.

Little Dragons 4-5pm
Academy 5-6pm
Goalkeepers 6-7pm.

Unfortunately I am not feeling well so all sessions tomorrow afternoon 21st June are cancelled. This was the last sessions for the term and so next Academy sessions will be next term.
