🚨 We only have a handful of machines left! 🚨

Grab three mates and join us on Saturday 20 June for Calories Against Childhood Cancer.

Teams of 4 will rotate through the machine over 90 minutes, so don’t worry, you’re not working flat out for the entire time. Anyone can do this.

🚣 Rower Team - $80
⛷️ SkiErg Team - $80
🚴 Concept Bike Team - $100 (only 1 left)

Every single dollar goes directly to the Childhood Cancer Institute fundraiser page. WODFIT doesn’t keep a cent.

You don’t need to be a WODFIT member. You don’t even need to train with us. If you’ve got a team of four and want to support an incredible cause, we’d love to have you there.

Music will be pumping, the atmosphere will be awesome, and together we’ll raise money in memory of Aria and for every child currently fighting childhood cancer.

❄️ WODFIT LADIES STRENGTH ❄️

Winter is here.

The mornings are colder.
The alarm is harder to listen to.
The couch is more tempting.

So let’s give ourselves something to focus on.

Starting Tuesday 9 June, we’re kicking off a brand new 10-week strength cycle in our Ladies Strength class.

Every Tuesday and Thursday at 6:00am, we’ll be focusing on three big lifts:

🏋️ Back Squat
🏋️ Bench Press
🏋️ Deadlift

We’ll test our lifts, follow a structured strength program through four phases:

✅ Foundation
✅ Build
✅ Strength
✅ Peak

Along the way we’ll be doing accessory work designed to support those lifts, build muscle, improve stability and help us move better.

Then we’ll retest at the end and see exactly how far we’ve come.

Why?

Because muscle matters.
Because bone density matters.
Because being strong matters.

Especially as we move through our 40s, 50s and beyond.

This isn’t a bootcamp.
This isn’t about getting smaller.
This isn’t about burning calories.

This is about getting stronger.

Ten weeks of turning up.
Ten weeks of lifting heavy.
Ten weeks of focusing on what your body can do instead of what it looks like.

Then spring arrives…

And you’ll be stronger than you are today.

Saunas aren’t just about sitting in the heat and relaxing.

For us, it’s also something much simpler.

A chance to slow down for 20 minutes.
No phone.
No rushing.
Just breathe and recover.
