Hey dive friends! π
Just a heads up that we'll be deactivating this page at the end of the month. But don't worry - you won't miss out on any of the action!
To keep up with all the latest sightings and everything happening beneath the surface on the beautiful Lady Elliot Island, make sure you're following our main page Elliot Island Eco Resort

βWell, what a couple of days! It felt so much longer, I definitely recommend this place as a quick, close getaway to recharge those batteries. Lady Elliot island, you won our hearts from snorkelling with turtles, white tipped reef sharks and nemo, cocktails by the pool and endless birds to endless buffetsβ

Andrew Short captured some beautiful shots whilst diving on recently! π
One of our most popular dive sites (but less accessible depending on weather) is the 'Blow Hole' ππ»
Located on the east side of the Island is a ledge with a depth range of 10-25m. The famous Blowhole is an L-shaped cave with an opening at I4m that drops down and out the side of the ledge at around 22m π±
Thanks for sharing Andrew!

Lady Elliot Island offers a diverse diving experience with 20 incredible dive sites around the island which are easily accessible by boat dives! π
Visibility is over 20 metres for much of the year and encounters with manta rays, green, hawksbill and loggerhead turtles and an abundance of incredible marine life are a daily occurrence.
PADI has voted as one of the βTop 5β locations in the world to go diving with Manta Rays. We regularly have close encounters with whales under water while diving and snorkelling in the months of May right through to October.
