Fitness has given me so much more than just a physical transformation
It’s given me a healthy body, amazing people in my life, a career I love and the opportunity to help other women grow in confidence

Real time
Not 6 weeks
Not one “glute program”
Not one bulk
This is months and years of:
- Progressive overload
- Eating enough (even when it feels uncomfortable)
- Being patient when nothing looks like it’s changing
- Trusting the process
Most girls quit in the “nothing’s happening” phase
But that’s actually where the growth is being built!!
If you want shape, curves and an hourglass physique… you need muscle!
And muscle is earned🤝🏼

This morning we had our first ever HGW🌸☀️ and my heart is so full🫶🏽
