Relevance.
Not every exercise is right for every body… and that’s exactly the point. ✨
One of the most important parts of movement is making sure the exercise matches the person — where they’re currently at, what their body needs, and what lies ahead for them long term.
Loading can happen in many different ways within the studio. Miss J here is working through a version of a deadlift — building hip and glute strength and function, while also challenging spinal stability, control and awareness. 💪
This exercise isn’t for everyone… but it’s incredibly relevant for this body, at this point in time. And that’s where the magic happens. Individualised movement. Purposeful programming. Progress that actually means something.
A huge milestone for both brain and body 👏

While Roberta is currently away enjoying a well-deserved holiday, we’re very excited to welcome her back into the studio from June 5.
With over 20 years’ experience across massage and holistic bodywork, Roberta brings a calm, grounded presence and a style of treatment that is both therapeutic and deeply relaxing.
At CCPM, we strongly believe that caring for the body is not just about movement — sometimes the body also needs skilled hands-on support to help release tension, improve recovery, and allow movement to feel easier.
