SIT Training - Squat vs Mountain Climbers
2 Minute Intervals - the 1st minute is work - the 2nd minute is rest โœ…

1st Minute - do 10 squats as fast as you can (Lightish weight - about 40 - 50% of heaviest squat)
The remainder of that minute you're doing mountain climbers

So if you do your squats in 15 secs then you're doing mountain climbers for 45 secs
YOU'RE DOING BOTH OF THESE THINGS AT FULL GAS!

2nd minute you rest and recover
Then you do it all again.

Repeat for 6 rounds. 12 mins in total ๐Ÿ’ช

YES

When you drink alcohol (ethanol), your body:

๐Ÿ‘‰ Pauses burning fat and carbs while it does

If you're looking to make split squats even harder then try it on the hack squat.

This is not a beginner exercise and be mindful of how much your machine weighs before jumping on!

White rice vs Brown rice - What's the difference?
I eat both!

The difference is less about the colour and more about how the rice is processed and how your body digests it.

๐ŸŒพ Brown rice is a whole grain and it contains more:
๐Ÿ‘‰Fibre (super important for menopausal women)
๐Ÿ‘‰Magnesium
๐Ÿ‘‰Potassium
๐Ÿ‘‰Iron
๐Ÿ‘‰B vitamins
๐Ÿ‘‰ Slower digestion for most people

๐Ÿš White rice
๐Ÿ‘‰More processed (bran removed)
๐Ÿ‘‰Lower in fibre
๐Ÿ‘‰Easier to digest
๐Ÿ‘‰ Great option if you struggle with gut issues or high-fibre foods

White rice is generally higher GI
Brown rice is generally lower GI

Bottom line:
