What’s the best plan for weight loss??
- One you enjoy and are actually going to stick to.

You won’t stick to something you don’t enjoy doing right? So remember this when you are on your weight loss journey, don’t cut out all the things you love eating and just cut back and have them in moderation. Same with exercise, if you don’t enjoy lifting weights at least start walking more regularly.

The small changes add up over time and will be the reason you get sustainable results - not going all in and doing things you aren’t enjoying then quitting the week after “because you didn’t get results”.

Absolutely no words!!!!

Only 4 WEEKS BETWEEN THESE PHOTOS!!!
THIS IS WHAT HAPPENS WHEN YOU FOLLOW THE PLAN! 🔥
So proud!! I was speechless when I woke up to these photos!! 😮‍💨

We have kept this SUPER Simple!
- No crazy deficits or strict meal plan
- No intense workouts or lots of cardio

Just a basic 80/20 meal plan and a few weight sessions a week!
She is currently eating 1,834 cals!
Incredible results and has still been able to eat pizzas, pastas, pancakes and all of those nice things!

Super proud of how consistent she has been and dedicated to the plan! She communicates with me when needed so we can work closely together and achieve the best results possible!

Cant wait to see what else we can achieve together! Thank you for your trust 💕💕

This is your reminder - If I can do it, so can you.
The only thing holding you back is yourself.

I’ve had a lot of people tell me “you’re lucky to have that body” “you have good genetics”.. I’ve heard a few things and it was something a guy at the gym said to me the other day that’s played on my mind.

No there’s no cheat code, or fast way to get results like this. No “magic diet”.
This is CONSISTENTLY going to the gym and showing up for myself EVERYDAY.
Setting goals and actually putting in the work to achieve them not just hoping it happens.

At the start of my journey I wasn’t seeing results and wondered what the point of trying was but I’m SO GLAD I didn’t give up. I kept pushing and it got easier and I saw results.

Roughly 25kg down and I absolutely love how much better I feel! Both mentally and physically.

It’s a lifestyle and habit change - never rely on ‘quick fixes’ xx
