Fun Express 30min class Fridays 5.45-6.15 last class of the term thisFriday!

it is an express 30min class.
Please bring your own mat or towel and water bottle and socks.
5.45pm-6.15pm
If you haven't tried it yet this is the perfect class to ease back into movement again and to do something for you!
First-class Free then $13 a lesson or 10 class card special of $90 (classes don't expire!).

Do you wake up sore? Poor immune? Sugar may be a contributor! ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ We all know soft drink has a large amount of sugar in it, but fruit juice has just as much. Sure it has vitamins and minerals but we are chatting about sugar! Just getting our thought pattern around this can be tricky! ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ Our bodies can only Handel 6-8 teaspoons of sugar each day! Where can you cut back? -2piecesoffruit
