The Hervey Bay Aquatic Centre is located on Boundary Road, Torquay and open every month of the year. The facility features: an 50-metre, 8-lane outdoor pool, a children's leisure pool with water slides and play equipment, an indoor heated learn-to-swim pool and heated 8-lane, 25-metre pool with a disability ramp. Activities include: swimming club, learn-to-swim, aqua aerobics, swimming squad training, recreational swimming and adult fitness squads. The Maryborough Aquatic Centre is located on the corner of John and Kent Streets, Maryborough. The complex features a 50-metre pool, 25-metre heated pool, hydrotherapy pool, children's play area, changing sheds, toilets, kiosk, office and landscaping.
