☯️TAI CHI WALK- EXPRESSION OF INTEREST
I’m considering organising a Tai Chi Walk at Jacaranda Spring Park, High Wycombe — a beautiful opportunity to move, breathe, connect with nature and meet like-minded people.
✨ Gentle Tai Chi movements
🌿 Relaxing nature walk
🧘♀️ Breathing & mindfulness
☯️ Suitable for beginners and all fitness levels
🤝 A friendly, relaxed community activity
Before I set a date, I’d love to know if there is enough interest.
💬 Comment below or send me a message if you’d like to join.
If there is enough interest, I’ll organise a suitable day and time.
📍 Jacaranda Spring Park, High Wycombe
🌱 Move gently. Breathe deeply. Walk in harmony.

🌕 Why Do Chinese Celebrate the All Souls Festival Every Year?
In Chinese tradition, the All Souls Festival is an annual time to remember and honour those who came before us.
We believe that when those who came before us are at peace, the living can move forward with peace and prosperity.
It is not about fear, and it is not about superstition.
We believe every soul deserves respect and care — including those who may have been forgotten, lost, lonely, or without family to remember them.
The festival gives us an opportunity to pause, remember our ancestors and loved ones, express gratitude, and reflect on the connection between generations.
It reminds us to care for those who came before us, while also appreciating the lives we are living today.
This is not superstition. It is a tradition of respect, remembrance, compassion and gratitude. Honour the past. Nurture the present. Create a harmonious future.
Tell me your version of All Soul Festival?

Thank you for attending QiGong class. It was such a pleasure to train with you again.
I wanted to share something I noticed today. By the end of the session, you looked much more relaxed and at ease. Your face seemed brighter, your body looked more comfortable, and you carried yourself with a lovely sense of calm. It was wonderful to see that positive change.
Thank you for your commitment to your wellbeing. Every movement is another step towards better health, greater balance, and a calmer mind. I hope you'll continue practising some of the breathing and movements at home, even for just a few minutes each day.
See you on our next training session.
