It doesn’t look like we do much but I promise you, these ladies make me so proud every Friday.
Stronger than yesterday!

1️⃣0️⃣0️⃣ sessions!!!

These two wonderful ladies have been part of my life for the past 7 years.
We have exercised weekly, laughed plenty, shared life’s challenges and joys and drunk plenty of coffee together over that time.
One hundred sessions - since becoming Embody Active - is a drop in the ocean compared to everything else we have shared.
Thank you ladies. You are both incredible ⭐️⭐️
