If you're tired of starting another “diet” every Monday, this is your reminder that there is another way.
Your body is changing, and it deserves nourishment, not punishment.
A sustainable approach to nutrition can include protein, nourishing whole foods and yes, the occasional Tim Tam too. 🍪
Because healthy eating should support your life, not take over your life.

Confession… I’ve seen how tricky mindful eating can be when life is busy, rushed or completely out of routine.
Airports, travel days and last-minute meals definitely don’t make it easy. 😂✈️
Travelling while on a GLP-1 can feel a little different. Your appetite may be smaller, your routine changes and suddenly you're surrounded by airport snacks and hotel breakfast buffets.
My advice? Keep it simple.
Pack some protein, stay hydrated, move your body when you can and remember that your body still needs nourishment, even when you're not feeling particularly hungry.
And most importantly, enjoy your trip.
One meal or one day that looks different does not undo your progress.
You don't need to be perfect while travelling. You just need a few simple habits to help you feel your best. 💛

Perimenopause is rarely just one thing.
It can be disrupted sleep, changing energy, mood shifts and a body that suddenly feels different, even though your habits have stayed the same.
And while all of this is happening, you're still expected to keep up with work, family, relationships and everyday life.
It can feel overwhelming.
But you're not imagining these changes, and you don't have to simply push through on your own.
Understanding what's happening to your body can be the first step towards finding the right support and making this stage of life feel a little more manageable. 💛

Protein doesn't have to mean complicated meal plans or eating the same foods every day.
During menopause, making protein a regular part of your meals can be a simple way to support your strength and overall nutrition.
Start small. At your next meal, ask yourself:
“Where's the protein?”
That one question can change the way you build your plate.
Want easy, practical ways to add more protein without living on chicken and protein shakes?

Here’s something I wish more women knew before menopause: muscle matters.
As we move through our 40s, 50s and beyond, looking after our strength becomes even more important.
The good news? You can start at any age, and you don't need to spend hours in the gym.
A couple of well-planned strength sessions each week can make a real difference to how strong, capable and confident you feel.
If you're not sure where to start, you don't have to figure it out alone.

If you're navigating menopause and using a GLP-1, your muscles deserve some attention too.
As oestrogen changes and appetite decreases, it can become even more important to make sure you're supporting your muscles and bones with the right nutrition and strength training.
The good news? Small, consistent habits can make a difference.
You don't have to figure it all out on your own. 💛

Let’s talk about menopause more openly.
No embarrassment. No brushing symptoms aside. No feeling like you have to figure it all out on your own.
Menopause is a natural stage of life, but the changes can feel very real. Your energy, sleep, mood, confidence, strength and body can all feel different.
And sometimes, the hardest part is simply feeling like nobody understands.
That’s why I want this to be a space for honest conversations, support and practical guidance.
So, I’d love to hear from you...
What’s one thing you wish someone had told you before menopause?
Share it in the comments. You never know who might read your story and feel a little less alone. 💛

If you're on a GLP-1 journey, let's talk about nourishing your body, not restricting it.
When your appetite is smaller, the goal is to make the food you are eating count.
I encourage my clients to start with protein, add plenty of colour from vegetables, and include carbohydrates to help provide the fuel their body needs.
It doesn't need to be complicated, and it certainly doesn't need to be perfect.
It's about supporting your muscle, energy and overall wellbeing while creating habits you can actually live with.
If you're wondering, “Am I even doing this right?”, that's exactly what I help my clients work through.

For a long time, I thought strength training was all about looking toned.
But as we move through perimenopause and menopause, strength becomes about so much more than appearance.
It’s about protecting your muscle and bones, moving with confidence, and keeping your independence for the years ahead.
I want you to feel strong carrying the groceries, getting up off the floor, travelling, playing with the grandkids and simply enjoying everyday life.
That’s what we’re training for.
Not smaller. Stronger. 💪
If you’re ready to feel stronger and more confident in your body, let’s start where you are.
