🏉Specialised Football Training🏉
Your child loves football and you want to support them to grow and be their best, because you can see the impact sport can have on their overall confidence.
With a focus on strengthening football craft and game development, we will develop a tailored training program after completing an initial analysis.
Whether it is fitness, kicking technique, hand ball, marking or ground balls, these are the skills that will be looked at during our time together. Game knowledge and awareness will form part of our session discussions to help your child grow as a well rounded footballer.

MindBodyTune 🏃♂️🏋️♂️🧘♀️
Our unique 50 minute group training session was born from our desire to get a full body (and mind) workout, without having to schedule in 4 different types of exercise classes.
We combined our expertise and mixed:
Mobility + Circuit training + Pilates + Yoga + finish with meditation
New session times available:
Mondays 9.10am - 10am
Fridays 9.10am - 10am
Cost
4 x Session block
$20 per session

Our unique Teen Circuit Training is similar to our MindBodyTune class, but tailored to suit the youngsters.
This program mixes various training styles into one and is designed balance the teens overall energy, so they are better equipped to deal with life’s inevitable rollercoaster.
The sessions are tailored around developing overall body strength. They include functional movements using light weights and own body weight. We also use props and other equipment to improve balance and stability, and add Pilates exercises to strengthen the all important core muscles. The session finishes with 5 minutes of meditation.
Teens benefit enormously from this type of all over training, as it enables them to better shift what has been stuck and stored up in their body; physically, mentally and emotionally.
