Friday Free-For-All 🥊
After a long week of work, training and family, we come together on Friday nights to spar with our friends — and it’s about so much more than Muay Thai.
It’s fitness. It’s skill.

It’s putting everything we’ve learned into practice. But more importantly, it’s community, connection and mental health.

Kids, adults, beginners, fighters — everyone gets involved. We train hard, laugh, sweat, challenge each other and finish the week surrounded by good people.
Then comes the last round… the Free-For-All. Everyone jumps in, keeps it light, has some fun and trusts the people around them.

Because sometimes the best way to start the weekend is simply knowing you belong somewhere.
Friday nights. Good people. Good energy. Where friends become family. 🖤🥊
